The "Go To" Breakfast Smoothie

1 large banana

5-10 small strawberries (less if larger)

1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon coffee granules

1 teaspoon xylitol

1 teaspoon chia seeds

100ml almond milk

100ml water

15g whey protein powder

5 ice cubes

I am a creature of habit. Obsessive in some respects maybe when it comes to good. I find something I like, and will probably continue to eat it for next month or so straight; or until I discover something better. In this case, I think the end of the era will be at the end of strawberry season. 

Having never really been a breakfast lover, liquid form is the compromise and so game changer for me. This smoothie has pretty much transformed my morning!

I actually wake up a little bit excited about this smoothie, and love to add various ingredients depending on the way I am feeling that morning. 

And it goes perfectly with a double espresso. 

**I use the 100% natural Pulsin whey protein, which is gluten free and uses protein from 'happy cows' only.
